Do you consider yourself a good person? This, most likely has a different meaning for each person in regards to what they feel good is. While thinking about some things this week, this question came to me and I thought it would make a good thread topic.

I think I am reasonably good and I am doing my best to stop negativity from creeping into my daily life

I know I'm a good person, but I also know there is room for improvement. I think the fact that I keep trying to improve lends credence to my claim of "good" status. Bottom line: you could trust me with your wallet even if you had an unsigned winning lottery ticket in it, if I only had a can of beans to my name and you were hungry I would share it with you, and I never quit trying to do better.
I don't think I can claim to be a good or bad person, but I can point to good thoughts, good words and good deeds, and see how they fare on the balance against their bad counterparts. Overall, I think good wins, but it would depend on who is judging!

Yes. Good, boring, reliable, responsible. That's me. However, I do occasionally have uncharitable thoughts about other people.
While my intentions are always good, I sometimes misstep in the execution and wind up doing the wrong thing at the wrong time, or the right thing at the wrong time.
I think we're all a work-in-progress. It's our ability to learn and try to do the right thing that differentiates us. Some people are too selfish to give a damn about any needs other than their own.

I do this occasionally too, but then feel guilty so I try to find something positive to think about them. It sounds lame, but it's true.
