The Street Painting Society is having a pastel making day. Which, if you ask me, is amazingly freaking cool...

So far I've missed one street painting event and will probably skip two more this spring because...well...hard to spend 8 hours on asphalt when you're preggo.
Anyway... just wanted to drop the info out there if there are any art-lovers out there interested in the experience. Also, if you draw, paint, etc. as a hobbyist or professional... I can't say enough good things about street painting. It is unbelievably fun and typically goes to benefit a good cause.
The SPS website has a list of all the events and it's really easy to apply. All of the people I've met through street painting have been awesome folks.
