"So what did Santa Claus bring you for Christmas?"

I'm not sure yet,
but the clinic assured me they'd call as soon as the results were back.

I got a new pea coat. It's a lovely coat but I'll never wear it. I'm still trying to politely ask Santa for a gift receipt. :2angel:

For some reason he brought me some coal. Not sure what that means
You no longer have a kerosene furnace.

I got Gormenghast, The Maxx, and the original How The Grinch Stole Christmas on DVD, some cookies and candy, a Christmas CD, a digital scale, and a Blu-ray player.

My hubby, massage oil, and an incredibly well timed blizzard that trapped us in the house for two days. :D

The best gift I received was a note given to me in private, which said, "To be redeemed any time you want, for whatever your heart desires."

I can't wait to cash that one in!

I had planned to put a note/coupon in my husband's stocking but I forgot. Maybe it's not too late.

Well, I won a case of assorted potato chips, like Seasalt 'n vinegar and Basil tomato, yuck, 'n the ugliest T-shirts evah. One of them had a monkey on the front wearing big, black glasses 'n the other had a biker jacket on the front. :D

Husband Santa got me an iTouch 64GB, which I'm loving...and some clothing that I can not wear in public, which he is loving.

Whisky (Glenmorangie, my favourite), chocolate and socks. ;)

Got a prezzie coming from Canada too which has yet to arrive. I'm rather excited about that one as it's from my sweetie. :D

I got a box of Belgian Chocolate, a blanket for my writing chair and guitar strings. The guitar strings were by request. What? I couldn't think of anything when the kids asked. I'm not one to do the whole gift thing. I'd rather watch them have fun. I feel weird getting gifts.

But the Belgian Chocolate is totally my favorite, and very sweet of my kids to remember how much I like them. I have a thing for Belgian chocolate.... and it makes me super-duper hyperfied. :D

Santa gave me:

Two pairs of boots from my wishlist
Jewelry
Chocolate
Recipe book

Which is funny because I expected coal. I bet he left that somewhere here, too.

Yeah, that's how I feel, too: weird. It's lovely, of course, to get something. But for me the giving is the very best part. Put a present in my hands and I'm almost not quite sure what to do with it.

I got 2000 Nintendo points, two pairs of jammies, an expensive bottle of Chianti (I don't drink red wine so if anyone would like a glass... ;)) and money, which I spent on stuff from Lush, two DS games and a Czech phrasebook because I'm thinking about moving to Prague. I'm happy as a clam. :)
