6x9 template

I am looking for a good interior template for a 6x9 book. I know I found on as a free download on lulu but now I cannot find it! It had not only the margins but placemarks for all the major interior features. Does anyone know where to find this?

As far as I can see their standard one is just a single blank page in terms fo the interior?

Um, err...*unzzzzzzip* Yeah, looks it. "The margin, header, footer, gutter, and page numbering have all been set up for you."

The OO template is 38 pages with Chapter divisions, Table of Contents, etc.
