How extensive is 'The Devil's Dictionary'?

Just how many and what types of terms does it hold? Is it purely a dictionary, or does it have narration?
I'm thinking of picking it up on an eBook for chuckles.

There have been later editions--but given Bierce's status, (dead) I'm not sure who/what is responsible for them.

It's brilliant. Basically it's a satirical dictionary, set out like a dictionary. Such as:

BRIDE: A woman with a great prospect of happiness behind her.
