So . . .
The book is finished*, and the query is ready to go. As this is my first novel-length work of fiction for which I'm seeking representation, when is a good time to mention that, while it IS a stand-alone piece, the story truly wraps in the second book—currently in process.
Does that happen in a query letter (please tell me 'no'), in communication following interest or request for full, help???
Any and all thoughts are welcome!

*Seriously, like anything is ever finished.
