How often do you do a full body check up?

Once a month is good. My family tends to get skin growths, thankfully benign but I make sure no new ones suddenly show up.
A complete physical with blood work etc should be done by a physician once a year.
Every woman should have a do a self breast exam every month and after 40 get a mammogram every year :Up you're's to the BS they just came out with that said not needed until after 50
Once a year see a dermatologist to have a check over.
