On a wedding planning site I co-own, we put together "Wedding Signatures" based on color schemes, themes, holidays, etc. Some of my favorites are based on literature and I was hoping to pick your brains for suggestions.
What books had fabulous wedding scenes... or maybe not-so-fabulous scenes that would be funny? What books have a distinctive feel or setting that might lend itself to a unique wedding or a fun bachelor/bachelorette party? We've used everything from fairy tales to Shakespeare to Harry Potter to The Great Gatsby to Twilight so far. Movies, TV shows and anything else that springs to mind are also welcome.
