I like it here too. I used to be on another writer's board, but this one is much better, and with so much more to offer. I also like how it's moderated. A public board needs moderators who are on the stick. That's something that makes AW work.

And there are a lot of well-published professionals here, who are more than willing to share knowledge and advice. With so many interesting threads going on at a time, it can be hard to keep up with them all. Who has time fore writing?

It's a great community, and I'm glad to be a part of it. More fiction than non-fiction writers, though. Although most of the helpful information is crossover material.

I'm trying not to get addicted. I find the more time I spend writing, the more I need to break up my isolation by visiting a message board. I also spend time at Writers Row.

I find the people here to be very helpful and encouraging though. That makes it easy to return.

Nah, it's from AW's own break room.

Now, if you click on the sign, you'll see why it's easy to mistake one hall for the other.

I like this place because it's full of novel ideas.

I really like this place.

I like the excellent, user-friendly design.

I like the wide variety of forums.

I like how the board attracts writers who haven't a single clip and writers who've sold thousands of books.

Most of all I like the fact that this board is welcoming to new writers, but in a you-must-write-decently-to-get-published-sense rather than the more typical yes-I-know-I-can-barely-write-but-how-dare-you-kill-my-dreams sense that often haunts many writing message boards.

This is one cool cyberplace.
