I don't know if anyone has seen this, but I wanted to share.

Download the software, and have a program that will flash colors on your screen to get your attention when you stop writing. Set it to the right modes, and the software will play a song or sound that you hate until you start to write again. Set it to another mode and if you start to daudle, it will delete words one by one until you start to write again.
