You know, johydai, we have an entire board dedicated to queries and synopses. They're that hard.
Read a while at Query Letter Hell, taking in what you can from both the stickies and from other people's queries and the critique and suggestions, then revise your own as seems wise. Last, summon just a little courage and post it so others can learn from yours. Deal?
