What do you think of Project Natal?
It sounds nice, but i'm leery. First and foremost, running, how do we run? We supposd to jog in place? Because if we do I am definitely not picking it up.

Its the first part of a puzzle. Just another step to total immersion VR.

However, it has the problem that most other early motion capture technology has: It has no physical feedback, the whole thing is not immersive.
