You push it---you get $1,000,000.00...but somebody somewhere in the world dies.

If I could choose: yes.

If not: no.

I'd choose no, but only because it's a hypothetical question.

Are you kidding? The conversation would go something like this.

Old weird guy: If you push the button, you get a million dollars but someone you--

*I slam hand down on button*

Old weird guy: Wait! I haven't told you the consequences yet!

Me: That's okay. I don't know Cameron Diaz. Kill her. Now, where's my money?

See? It's easy when you have no conscience.

That's not fair. What if it's not hypothetical. I have a million dollars with your name on it. Are you going to push the button?

Look. Right there on the briefcase. It says in big letters:

Roiling Blunder

Definitely not. I'm not going to be an executor.

You don't have to be the executor of their will...you just have to kill them by pressing the button.

Yes. That button would be plunged before I heard the rest too.

Pushing that button would make me an executor as it's a cause, which ends in an outcome effect what will be someone's death. It's like I'm pulling the level on the guillotine, but the guillotine itself kills the guy under it. So my answer is still no. For me money never meant much. I prefer life instead, be it my one or the life of someone else.

I would say no, but only because I didn't want to kill anyone. But then I'd remember, I wouldn't actually be doing the killing, some other schmuck who set this whole thing up would, and people die EVERYDAY, all over the world anyway, so I may as well get some change out of it.

Freelancer, sweetheart, I think KTC is referring to the fact that an executor is the legal guardian of someone's estate. An executioner is someone who pulls the lever on the guillotine.

I'm not asking you to be the executor of the will.

My will / action will became their will / action (Cause and effect). I'm always meditating in the cause and effects and if I know as they tell me what would be the consequences, my answer would be still no as my choice will define the life of someone else.
