I cried. And cried, and cried, and cried.

And now I can't stop thinking about it. It's the type of film that grabs you and never lets you go, even days after finishing it.

A very vivid film, and probably the most accessible place to start for Tarkovsky virgins. (Though many start with one of his two SF films, Solaris and Stalker.)
