Folks, I'm not at all sure about this. The letters work, but I don't understand the clue. JOHN STOSSEL did an exposé of Michelle Obama's garden. Does the clue have something to do with that? I never watch Stossel and don't give a fig about him, so there may be something I'm missing.

If I'm right, I'll provide another scramble, but I need a confirmation from The Rev before I proceed.

Sorry I did not get to this sooner; the bride-to-be flew out again this a.m.

John Stossel is indeed the right answer, Nymtoc. Way to go. The clue was, if I dare say it, sublime in its tie-in to AoZ's wrestler name, that Pampano Frappé dude:

Garden decking refers to the time Stossel told a WWF wrestler--at Madison Square Garden--he thought the whole thing was fake (note nifty reference to one of AoZ's clues too) and the wrestler decked him with a hard face slap. Happened in mid-1980's I think.

Thanks, Rev. I did a little Googling and found a YouTube of the incident, which apparently took place in 1984.

And now...

[For the next few hours I'll be at the dentist's, so I won't be able to add clues for a while. This is not a clue! :(]

#1 Do you know your ABCs?
#2 You might need a DeLorean for this one.

Did you know DeLoreans were originally manufactured in Ireland? The things you learn with this game; I love it.

Ok, for the ABCs, I googled all the television stations, the Jackson5, reading primers, and Sesame Street. For the DeLorean, it was 'Back to the Future', DeLorean cars, a Spanish band named so, who btw was on an ABC news thingy....after all the googling, I ended up researching Lyme Disease.

So here's my guess...

Sorry, gang, I spent the afternoon in the dentist's chair experiencing what Dustin Hoffman experienced at the hands of Laurence Olivier in Marathon Man, then came home and fell asleep to escape the horror. But I'm all right now...really...

#3 Tom Sawyer probably had one. Huck Finn probably didn't.

ambiguity [am-bi-gyoo-i-tee] noun
1. doubtfulness or uncertainty of meaning or intention: to speak with ambiguity; an ambiguity of manner. 2. an unclear, indefinite, or equivocal word, expression, meaning, etc.: a contract free of ambiguities; the ambiguities of modern poetry. 3. nymtoc's scramble clues

I'm so happy you think this is a fair scramble. Perhaps we could tell if you gave us a clue.
