If I've ever heard of a totally sneaky, underhanded clue this is it! 
Imagine taking a fictional character and telling us he was a member of the Beat Movement! I spent days looking up famous beats but couldn't find one that fit the scramble!
Finally, I realized the answer is Gilligan. But he didn't even have a first name, so Revisionist's scramble is a hoax from start to finish!
