I posted, chapter 1 of my manuscript, in the "Share Your Work" section http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4180476#post4180476 and asked for others to be brutally honest in their critique. I was blown out of the water with the responses! I am in great need to understand writing techniques and story telling. (I assume) I was told my grammar and punctuation was fine.
I need someone to take me under their wing and help me soar. I mainly write Fantasy. Looking for someone with so much experience that they are not afraid to slap me on the hand when I'm doing something wrong.
Lead the way, I will follow.
