A search at agentquery.com for quirky/offbeat throws up 87 agents currently taking queries who list this as one of their interests

can somebody tell me what exactly offbeat/quirky means??

I found and posted this awhile back. Duotrope's Digest has some listed that carry this type of book. When I went to the sites to see what that meant I read the book backs on several of that fall under this and they seem to be left field type of stories. I plan on subbing mine to this type of agent/publisher when I am done with mine as it does not fit any of the basic genres.

You might want to do some research of the sites to see what I am talking about. Personally I am glad to see it.
