Directions needed

Hello. I am a newbie and I seem to be a bit lost..I am looking for the room where the true crime buffs might hang out. I have a few questions to ask.
I can't seem to find that genre listed here anywhere...so If someone could point the way...also what direction is the restroom from here?

and yes I tried using search before posting

I just looked, and can't seem to find a "Crime" section in novels... :Shrug:

It's probably the genre closest to Crime.

I think True Crime is nearly always grouped with Mystery, Suspense, and Thrillers, so head here.

True crime is nonfiction. Do you mean memoir about crimes. If so, we have a pretty good crew in Genre specific under Bio, Autobio, memoir.Here's a link. http://absolutewrite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=42

Good point, Wayne. I don't know why stores and genre classes group this one type of nonfic with a bunch of fiction. Maybe Capote's novelization of an actual crime is responsible? (Oh, sure, blame the dead guy!)

The OP could probably pick up good stuff at both boards.
