Already falling apart. Sometimes it's good to be like Americans, with a memory of history that lasts about three weeks. Horrible things happened, to the Armenians, but not signing this is bad for everyone.

As to this agreement being "concrete evidence" of peace, it seems way too soon to believe the concrete is dry or will hold. The pessimist in me looks back at the number of Middle East peace agreements/cease fires/etc. that have come and gone.
