*ducks* My signal bulb was out for a day and a half before hubs got to the NAPA store and replaced it for me. I confess that I didn't always remember to stick my arm out the window to hand signal. I shall prepare for the beatings now.

It's weird that some people do it without looking at the keys. They'll be talking to you, looking at your face, and their fingers would be moving.

It gets to be a bad habit, too. Especially with unlimited texting. People text anywhere, everywhere. They don't call each other as much because calling (mostly) still has a price tag. Plus those annoying little keyboards make it so much faster to text.

Same here. I only use it to call my mother. Besides, I have prepaid so I don't text unless I absolutely have to.

That actually happened to a house near my area. There was a curve in the road and two guardrails in front of the house. Car going too fast, flew off and landed in the top story of the house. Driver died. No one was in the house at the time.

This might make everyone feel better.
A complete jac**** was on the roads a few days back. He switched between lanes a dozen times in about 15 seconds, pulling right in front of me with no warning whatsoever. It was THIS close to a crash. I don't know what his hurry was but cars were honking their horns all down the road at him.
I passed him by some time later on the road. A police car was parked behind him, light flashing.

Looks good on him, sadly he prob will not change until he kills someone.
