They come in fashion colors now! :)

I want one that matches the couch for maximum camo on race day. They should have a pocket for the remote too, and matching Koozies.

My SIL gave us all Snuggies for Christmas last year. My daughter got the burgundy one - when my husband wears it, he looks like a monk.

My son's bogarted mine. It's about 10 sizes too big for him. :D

I have to admit, I like mine. :D

Snuggie with "Koozie-Hideaway!"
They should make Goth snuggies too. It opens up a whole new demographic.
Someone should hire me in marketing.

Snuggie with chip and dip holder: why don't they have it?

They should make custom Snuggies to meet the couch needs of the masses. How about a Snuggie with a Life-call button and a Clapper button built in?

C.bronco
09-17-2009, 06:05 AM
...or a Snuggie alarm that tells you that, while you are warm, the rest of your family really needs the thermostat turned up to avoid hypothermia...

I'll let you mull over these suggestions for awhile. I'm goin' to bed, Snuggiless.

Mine would have a laptop computer cooling pad sewn in just above the knees. Sit down, and there's a nice smooth hard surface to park the MacBook.

Yikes! I just read this whole thread with the completely wrong idea of what a snuggie is. In my youth (long ago and far away in northern Minnesota), snuggies were what you wore under your other clothes so you wouldn't freeze to death. I suppose other people called them long underwear, but everyone there called them snuggies. Now I find people wearing blankets and calling them snuggies! The battle against winter is inside out!

Snuggie for two, for that romantic that doesn't want to get chilly, and probably doesn't want to catch a glimpse of their naked partner (or themselves).

Strategically placed flaps make everything easier for those too embarrassed to be full on Furries.

What's the difference between a furrie and a snuggie wearer?
Ears, tails and whiskers.

No offense to those of you who love them, but I wouldn't be caught dead in one.

And the first person who goes "hey, let's stuff Alex in snuggie now that we've killed her" is going to get cruelly haunted. The Ghostbusters will not help you.

I wouldn't have one if it hadn't been a gift. I like it, though. My family room gets pretty chilly in the winter...

I don't care how dorky I look - it's usually about 10PM and I'm in my jammies with no makeup on. A snuggy really doesn't detract from that, yanno. ;) I think it might even be an improvement, really....

BenPanced

What does a Snuggie do that a blanket or robe can't? Besides make you look like you don't know how to dress yourself.

Who's going to see you? I certainly wouldn't take mine out in public, but it's nice at home. I use it when I'm writing or reviewing materials for work. (And yes, I am using mine now... my roommate keeps the thermostat set at 68 degrees...)

I was once like you. I never would have bought one myself. But then someone else gave me one... and now I could do a Snuggie commercial. :D

PETA has called for a protest of clothing items made from snuggie fur, as snuggies are on the endangered species list. A spokesperson in New York was quoted as saying, "I'd rather freeze to death than cause the death of one innocent snuggie."

I didn't even know what a snuggie was until I read this thread. Now, I must have one. I will wear it proudly all winter long. I will eat in it, sleep in it, grocery shop in it and throw parties in it. I will be a fashion sensation. Thanks for the pointers.

Actually, it was not of my own free will. My SIL gave them to us and the damn thing LEAPED from the package and WRAPPED itself about me and that was all she wrote.

Do not underestimate the power of the Snuggie. Those who do so suffer the dire consequences of their actions.

No. Not the snuggy. No. Please.... Argh... Ah... Ahhh... Ah, so... so... warm... and soft...

One of us. One of us. One of us.

Once they reach critical mass, snuggy production will reach unprecedent level. Non-everionment friendly extent, producing global warming, and - as everyone knows - the result is an ice age, which means...

...more snuggies.
