Can a wizard cast the same basic spell At-Will repeatedly, or does he have to 'memorize' spells to be used only a few times per combat?
They can cast spells at will, but only from a select list.
Wizards have a pretty large repertoire, they can change out their spells while they rest.
Sorceror's subset is smaller, but they can cast faster and have more spell points.
Not sure if that info is up to date though, got it from the wiki and it may not have been updated yet.
