42, error 78 miles

Not bad for a Brit :D

Would have done better but I got Delaware first. It's a big continent to try and remember where that little blob goes lol

Try your hand at countries of Europe (http://www.purposegames.com/game/countries-europe-quiz/info)

75% in 2 minutes

All them little ones, I can never remember which is which lol

Ha! That's so cool. I got a 92%, with an 18 mile variance, but I suspect is has a lot to do with which states you get first. Still, so neat. Will be passing this one along!

I got about a 1,000 miles off average.

My geology sucks.

Now if were talking a map of the 'Stan countries, I'm screwed.

86%, 40 miles. And yeah, totally dependent on which states you get first. ;)

Europe - OHHHH man I suck. 47% in 5 minutes. At least 80% of the map is green - it's all those teeny tiny places I get stuck on.

89%, but I got all the New England states first. ALL of them. Sheesh! But fun game. My hubby got 78%, even though he was only a little bit off each time.

It's the fact it's all changed since the Bosnian war for me. The wiggly lines are in all new places!:D I did better at the 'Uk cities' ( 95% Got Oxford and Cambridge mixed up. Oops)At least they don't move their borders or split in two!

42 out of 50, error of 45 miles

The midwest states killed me. Apparently I think everything's just a little more to the right than it really is. :D

And to think I joined this site thinking it would inspire me to stop procrastinating and get some writing done...

41 perfect and 29 mile avg. error. Suddenly I have an urge to visit New England. Maybe I can find a good travel site...

Perfect score, zero error miles, 347 seconds.

(It helps being a geologist and teaching both geology and geography classes at college level.)

86%, 43 out of 50 states with a 28 mi variance. I screwed myself because I couldn't remember where one of the states went, so I put it in the middle and was like 300 miles off. :D

Always remember that, not counting Alaska and Hawaii, Kansas is geometrically in the middle. And of the two rectangular western states, Wyoming is slightly smaller than Colorado, and located immediately north of Colorado and slightly west.

Is that Hannah's less-talented cousin?

It's the one they don't talk about. The one that shows up on the premium movie channels late at night.

46% Avg error - 620 miles

Nearly all the correct ones were from playing it like a jigsaw. I had no clue where any went.

44 right with 24 miles off. Some of them though I only got right because other states were filled into (the Great Plains states are lost to me, but I got them later in the game). Whereas others if you're starting off with ones in the middle, even if you know where they go, it's tough to get them close enough to satisfy the game.
