Darnit! Help me decifer this?

Ok, so I got a letter from a University Press, another rejection.

The Executive Editor is sorry to inform me that they no longer publish memoirs.

"But your writing is quite lively, and the incidents you recount are interesting. As well as book publication, you might consider trying to have excerpts published in magazines or literary journals if you haven't already."

So - does anyone have any ideas about where to start?
