I survived that b'day party!

Now I have to plan the little monkey's one. He's 2 next Friday and I have done absolutely nothing.

He's getting a party a week late.

He's also 2. Cake, some presents to tear open, a few other miscellaneous items for entertainment, and he'll be good to go.

Camels and other camelids (llamas, alpacas, whatevers) are closely related to bovids and cervids. And only distantly related to equids and other odd toed ungulates.

This means I'm distantly related to the Sheep-Camel. Dire.

There's a little neon camel in the window of a cafe/restaurant just down the road from where I live. Every time I walk past it, I think, 'oh, a little neon Boston.' And maybe that I should take a photo of it and share it with all of you. Perhaps with an accompanying accusal of stalking. But I don't. Because I never think to take my camera with me when I'm going that way.
