A while ago I entered a short story competition (free, no cash prize, but you got a book if you won, and you could buy them cheap and sell them yourself...)
Well, two of my pieces won, and one became the title piece of the selection. On Friday, I finally got my two copies, as well as a free copy of another book by the same newcomer publisher!
I feel so good, because I've managed to achieve one of my goals by getting a published piece out there in the world before graduating from high school!
