Greetings :),

Looking for someone who lives in the state of Delaware, has a paypal account or other easy way to recive funds online and would be willing to purchase the occasional lottery ticket and mail it to me.

Nothing sinister here; I've read that Delaware allows lottery wins to be claimed anonynously and that's a plus for me. I live in Pennsylvania.

Um, Mark, this sounds like a strange request. I'm not sure what to make of it, to be honest. But if you do win the Delaware lottery, don't forget to share some of the proceeds with your friends from AW!

You sure you can't claim a win anonymously in PA? Just hire a tax attorney or financial advisor before you actually do the claim and they should be able to set up some sort of legal method. Maybe a trust?
