How hot is it where you are, RG?
It's 86 here in Nashville at close to 5:00. That's warm, but since it's August, that's really not that bad. It's suppose to get down to 71 tonight.

I'll trade you. It's currently 61, cloudy and rainy. I'm in bed, in flannel pajamas under a wool blanket.

it's 86 here. not hot at all. i'd prefer about 10 degrees hotter. i can't wait to get to Africa! Indian Ocean...they promise it'll be about 104!!!!! when i'm there!!!

I'm sorry guys, I feel your pain. It isn't too hot or muggy today... but give it time... I'll come back and complain when it climbs over 85 (though I complain in private when it is 80)
That sounds perfect. Absolutely perfect.
I agree with the other Southerners... it's MUCH too hot. And yesterday, the AC in the car stopped working. I would have cried, but I feared dehydration.

We don't have air conditioning in this house. Only in one room and it doesn't even work that well.
Plus, there's still the issue of the bug flying around the room.
just last friday night i was up north at the cottage and it was 1 celsius overnight. that's about 33.8 F. and we had all the windows open. i woke up almost dead!
My car thermometer - 96 degrees. I don't know what the humidity is, but it's HIGH. I can SEE the air. - well, see it more than usual, anyway.
Blech.

I used to live in the Middle East. If the temperature's below 45 Celsius, it's literally nothing to write home about.
