I use my desktop and laptop to write. I only have internet access through my desktop computer. Can I download the templates from the Final Draft site, onto my desktop to use on that, then saved them to disc to put them on my laptop?

They are just files that reside on your computer.
You need to know, though, where to install them on the computer. Put them with your other templates.
They are probably under:
C:\Program Files\Final Draft 8\Stationery
And under Stationery you have folders\directories for Scripts and for TV.
Copy the templates to the appropriate folders.
The templates will work no matter where you put them, but FinalDraft will not know where to find them unless you put them into the default folders.
