To pick one thing right now, I'll go with shooting pool. I shoot a pretty good game of billiards. I'm confident you could cut it to a much smaller number than top 10% in the world.

It is a whole spiritual thing for me. Cue ball control. Harmony of the spheres.

I like my game of pool.

I can tame wild mustangs, and turn them into decent saddle horses. I can also paint/draw/sculpt pretty well - probably better than the top 5% of the population.

Can you do a Masse shot? I never got that one.

I can do it but most of my playing has taken place at public pool halls that don't allow it. To say it is a weak part of my game would be an understatement.

I have a friend who got his own pool table in the last year. Maybe I should go over there and practice my masse shots. I'm sure he wouldn't mind. Hopefully he has a few spare felts lying around.

I can...uh, well I'm really good at...hum...let's see...I....I can cardiovert someone within ten minutes of them rolling in the door. Does that count? I've also been told that my CPR compressions are magnificent AND I can do my own taxes.
