Here's how it works. You take the title of a song, a film, or a book, and rewrite it in the manner of the posh, stiff-tard upper-class. The posh title has to absolutely mean the same thing as the original version. And we guess what it is!
To give you some examples:

"Intercourse and/or genitalia appear to have gone up in flames." -- Sex on Fire, Kings of Leon
