LOL You crazy birds. I'm not sure how often I refresh the posts page, but if I added them up each time, the counting would give me a second or so less in which to refresh, wouldn't it.

I feel so deprived now, I never had computers with F keys, I thought they were meaningless holdovers from some inept operating system somewhere! OMG!

I think you need a poll? Something like:

Do you during the course of the day:

1. Never use the New Post button (f5)
2. Use it 0 to 5 times a day
3. Use it 6 to 100 times a day
4. Use it 100+ times an hour
5. Can't find it, Have No face, baboons in control?

Quite a bit, but not as often as I refresh my subscribed threads page.

Not the only one. That would be a number far fewer than the amount of times I hit the other button. (F5 I mean).
