...refresh the 'new posts' page?

Because for me it's getting out of control.

I don't even know how someone can be addicted to refreshing and not go looking for easier ways to do it... I'd be lost without F5. I mean, moving the mouse counts as, like, exercise. No.

I love you. And I have no mouse.

(This post has been brought to you by the letters S and P, and the number 'non sequitur').

I don't know how to take your post other than as a marriage proposal. I'm thinking December 1.

LOL You crazy birds. :D I'm not sure how often I refresh the posts page, but if I added them up each time, the counting would give me a second or so less in which to refresh, wouldn't it. ;)

I feel so deprived now, I never had computers with F keys, I thought they were meaningless holdovers from some inept operating system somewhere! OMG!

I think you need a poll? Something like:

Do you during the course of the day:

1. Never use the New Post button (f5)
2. Use it 0 to 5 times a day
3. Use it 6 to 100 times a day
4. Use it 100+ times an hour
5. Can't find it, Have No face, baboons in control?

There's a new posts page?

There is a new posts page!

And an F5 key. Now, how to fit the two together...

I'm too scared to count how many times I refresh that page (though i think it's going to be even more now I've learned about F5 - thanks scarletpeaches!!)

I'm really surprised some people here didn't know about New Posts and/or F5. It would drive me mad to have to check each forum individually.

Quite a bit, but not as often as I refresh my subscribed threads page. :)

Am I only the only one who was expecting a smuttier thread from that thread title?! Just me? K... :gone:

And F5 refreshes?! You Baboonistanians are smart SP, even without your faces!

Not the only one. That would be a number far fewer than the amount of times I hit the other button. (F5 I mean).

I'm all right, I'm two-faced.

Well, one-faced after my last holiday there.
