So, basically, I ain't gettin' my tax refund because we had the wrong AGI or something.

Then we finally got the right AGI (this was like, April 14th, by the way). By then, though, my college email had changed and redirected (Which is the stupidest thing ever, I might add), to the new site, which did not forward already-existing mail on the old one (Which, again, is a stupid thing decided by our stupid school). I used my university email because I thought "Hey, this'll be awesome! I never get email on that account."

Then, stuff happens. We forget.

Long story short, we don't do anything until about July something.

Ugh.

UGH UGH UGH.

And now the stupid site we used isn't recognizing me as a user.

Maybe I should just ask my dad for a check for the $200 the government owes me.

Why do I want it so badly, you ask?

BECAUSE I NEED TO PAY FOR MY SCHOOL BOOKS.

SCHOOL STARTS IN THREE WEEKS.

ARRRGHHHHH!

Next year, my dad isn't TOUCHING my taxes. I'm going to a professional.

Are your taxes really complicated?

I use turbo tax, its pretty cheap and exceptionally easy to use. My taxes are pretty straight forward though so your mileage may vary.

Looks like it might be Adjusted Gross Income.

I love my accountant.

Sorry, proj. But tell Dad I said if he messed it up he should pay ;)

I have always done my own taxes. No software. With occasional complications like self-employment and/or capital effing gains (from selling stuff because I was desperate, ugh).
