I have two completed manuscripts, the first of which has had no success so far with the agents (I think largely because it's a novella about baseball, for crying out loud). The second, a collection of intertwining vignettes, is better (I think). When querying agents regarding the second manuscript, should I even mention that I have another one completed? Or does this bring to light the obvious lack of success I've had with it?
