Is 58,600 words too few?

Does anyone who writes Christian books post in the SYW area for Queries, or should I post it here?

Thanks

Don't know if this is OBE, but the word-count expectations vary by genre and publisher. General rules of thumb I've run into are.

60K+ to be considered a novel
80-100K for historical fiction
80-120K for sci-fi/fantasy

The shortest ms I've written for a novel is ~69K.
I have two historical novels, one at ~89K, the other at ~92K. I also have a novella at ~40K.

Again, these are just shots from the hip. You can get several good hits by Googling "novel word count."

Hope this helps.
