Hello,

I always hate introducing myself. I hope in the future, my general posts will speak for me. But I've been linked to this board a few times, and always really loved the genial way y'all can agree - sometimes strongly - without it turning into a slugfest or FFA. So after some trepidation, I joined and hope to be a productive contributor.

I like writing, but more than that, I like to talk about writing. I like to dissect written works, debate stylistic choices and their relative usefulness, examine character growth arcs... it's a fascinating labyrinth. And I look forward to getting to do some of that with you all.

Thanks for the welcomes *Waves extra hard to be seen aaaaaalllllll the way up there in the frozen north*! And I like my popcorn with enough butter to give an elephant a heart attack, most days ;-)
