"Awwww...."

Twice. I screwed up with the first one (bigtime), and in less than a month, I'll be married to the second for ten years.

I will say that the first one is still 'with me' even to this day. That relationship, how I handled it, how it all eventually shook out (we buried the hatchet years later...he's a very good man) has helped me immensely with my husband. I learned some very harsh lessons at the first's expense, so I want to make sure that it wasn't for nothing.

Does this include the kind where you're crazy mad and ready to rip them a new one, but as soon as you see them, it all just kind of fizzles and you just want to smile?

Either way, the answer is yes. Only once. I married him(young, 18), we divorced(at 25, after four kids), and now we're getting remarried again.

Nope. Never. Wish I had. Sounds like dizzying fun though.
...And now I'm wondering if there's something wrong with me.

My husband. We were bestfriends for a couple years and one night after having a case race (sad, I know) he turns to me and says, "Do you think we'll ever date?"
. . . and then I realized I'd fallen hard for him long before that.

Uh, are we going to merge?

Jersey Guy and I were just going to be casual, we said. We're not looking for anything serious, we said. Both just got out of relationships, we said.

Um. Yeah. We said all this 15 years, 2 kids, and a wedding later....

(actually the kids came after the wedding, but the list looked better this way.)
