I've got an inner science geek that I sometimes let loose. I love TED, and especially the new tech that shows up there.

This was one that came out recently, which I think is ingenious.

Any of you have a particular favorite? I'm nosy, I like knowing what others are in to.

I've been watching The Gadget Show since it first aired, and before that I was addicted to the BBC's Tomorrow's World. The most exciting revolution in technology that is coming around the corner (not quite there yet, but tests have proven the theory) is the no-plug 'phone charger.

You just place the 'phone on a metal square and it 'sucks' electricity through the surface. It means that I will never have to look for the correct charger for whatever 'phone I am using at the moment. Genius.

Not looking forward to the price. Anything that smart is going to cost an arm and a leg.
