The Chocolate Poll

Feelings? Who worries about feelings when they eat chocolate?

I woulda been first to vote & post, but I was out in RL. See that's one of the reasons I don't like it. What a great chocolate poll, spam. You rawk! I voted for the first one.

Describe the feeling huh? Well, the only time I notice a feeling when I eat chocolate is when I'm really mad. A little bit of chocolate makes me nicer

I just remembered, I should tell the DH to keep some chocolate near him at all times, it works wonders- really.

It is BLISS.

I only do that when there are people around to see and think I'm insane.

hmmm... imagining the warmth that floods your mouth when you eat it. Imagine, putting a square of Cadbury's milk chocolate on your tongue and just letting it melt. It turns to this velvety butter in your mouth, with all these layers. Just the right amount of sweetness, maybe a bitter hint, far back on your tongue. Sigh.

goes off in search of cadbury's, with little hope of finding any uneaten in the studio (apt.)

melt it down with cream and sugar, get a whole heap of marshmallows and fruit and have a fondue.

Hell, I'll even help you eat it if you like...

Can't remember thinking anything when eating chocolate. I think the world just stops.

Am I going to get burned at the stake if I admit I like eggplant more than chocolate?

Even as a little kid, I'd find the hidden chocolate in the kitchen. Or my mother's closet. Or in a cooler in the basement. Chocolate can't hide from me!

For me it depends on the chocolate, the cheese and the beer.

Guiness with a dark chocolate torte and a side of Muenster? That could be a meal.

I didn't post here yet? I must be losing it.

I lovers chocolates, all kinds. Truffles, ice cream, baked goods, Pocky, you name it.

Some I like more than others, although if I'm in a fix and without chocolate, I'd eat Hersey bars and others rich in wax and corn syrup.

Prefer European chocolates though. The ones with the booze in them are great. The truffles are excellent. I also prefer baking my own chocolate goodies. They taste better.

For me, good chocolate is thisclose to being on par with great... you fill in the blank...

I loves me my chocolate.

I love La Maison du Chocolat's chocolate. The price makes me cry, but it's worth every last smooth, sweet mouthful. It's worth the trip to NYC(but you can buy it online too).

Emotionally unstable, unbalanced, unhappy.

Sugar has been a comfort for me, rather than a pleasure. More so artificial sweetness. That's why I don't particurlarly enjoy any sweets of any sort. Cocoa is still too sweet for me, and I don't see the use of eating it.

I gave up on chocolate for 9 months, and then recently I ate one chocolate biscuit (reflection of how i feel) and it was actually ok, but it hit home that I was not well again.

Another thing, my mother used to give me chocolates and sweets instead of her support. It was her way of expressing herself(love) to me. It never did work, and to this day she still does does it.

I reward myself with chocolate for my writing. Lindt, usually dark.
