What's a contest without prizes, right?

This is where you come in.

We have a couple things donated already, but in order to have an enticing selection (we have to lure others in somehow, right?), we need to have some donations.

Does anyone have anything they would like to add into the prize bag?

OR if you don't need SEO help- one article on the topic of your choice, up to 500 words for your site, blog, or in case you're about to miss a deadline.

Just don't kill me with the unlimited thing, k? I mean, no phone calls at 3 A.M.

I'll be putting in a $20 gift card to either Amazon or BN.com and a piece of custom jewelry (necklace, bracelet, earrings, etc.) either from my stock or made to order.

We're reviving the Freelance Writing Contests. I'll be putting up a poll tomorrow about what we want to start with. Then we'll proceed with the posting of the description, rules, etc.

I'm in with signed copies of Sacred Waters and A Cup of Comfort for Sisters, two personal essay anthologies. I didn't want to commit till I made sure I had extra copies left AND knew what was going on with the house. But I'll just make sure I keep them out if the contest is still going on when we're packing.
Jen, feel free to give them away as a set or split them up, whichever works for you.
