Brooklyn Info?

Greetings ,

Can anyone tell me what neighborhood the area just north of Lincoln Terrance Park, west of Ralph Avenue, is in Brooklyn?

Also, I'd love to get in contact with someone who lived in that area in 1950s-60s, for some historical research.
