-- what's been going on on here for the last six weeks.

I took six weeks away from the internet. Well, okay, I still did research and (whispers) FaceBook, but other than that, zilch. So what was going on on here whilst I was away? I just can't be arsed to traipse all through the forums for the six weeks worth of what I might have missed, so enlighten me. any virtual suicides, flounces, arguments, births, deaths and marriages etc. Okay, you get the drift, don't ya :D

I finished the first draft of my novel, which turned out to be an erotic romance. 148,501 words!

I'm now 57k into an erotic urban fantasy and my two male main characters have decided they're bisexual.

Um...that's about it I'm afraid. You'll note I mention worlds which don't exist, as my real life is quite boring.

Great to have you back. :D :Hug2:

I generally made a pest of myself on AW, wrote two more books, and got one contracted.

Otherwise...boring. Usual. Same old.

Welcome back! :D

The unfashionable end of the western spiral arm of
-- what's been going on on here for the last six weeks.
The usual faulderall:
  • Haggis killed himself, then changed his mind and came back from the dead.
  • I thought we'd been taken over by a fleet of alien battle-cruisers but it turned out I'd sneezed on my monitor.
  • Some people wrote some things.
  • Some other people read the things.
  • Some of the other people wrote what they thought about the things
  • Some still other people wrote what they thought about what the others thought about the things.
The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Heya Miss S.P, and thank you, I'm glad to be back. :Hug2:

Sounds like you've been really busy, well done gal, that's a whole lot of work, good on you!

I like my written worlds too, they're so much more romantic and sexier than the real one. :D

As to why are you sparkling now, anything I should know about? the sparkling peached looks a little like dribbly plums to me hehehe :D

I've steadily become less popular, but my numbers with women and Latinos has doubled.

I'm thinking of running for Super Mod in the next election.

Well done, on both counts! :) Two books is great - I was supposed to have finally finished mine last week and starting to query it, but I've been having a war with my iPod and computer. And I have a whole new book too, but it's all in my head and only one paragraph written, so far :D

Thank you. :Hug2:

Why? Can't you actually love someone as a person, and not because you want to jump their bones? Cuz I can. Plus we're both happily married, and not to each other, thank you. :)

Jeez, get a room...

I am happy to announce that I am here. As opposed to over there where I used to be... or somewhere else, where I heard it was awfully dreadful.

At any rate, hello and welcome back from elsewhere.

Quick rundown: I said "Buttsecks!" a lot. OFG glared at me. I fell into line, said "Bumholes!" OFG glared again and I ran away to hide. Then I sent her a photo of Gerard Butler in the nuddy, so she forgave me, and we swapped recipes for beef stew and lasagne.

Well, SS, I hope you don't mind hearing bad news.

I lost my mother and my mother-in-law within 2 weeks in May.

I don't really have any good news.

Welcome to AW SpamWarrior! :) I thought I'd noticed a lot of new names around here.

I joined this forum.

The only big news I can remember is that James (is that his name?) wants a baby doll thing.

My condolences, rhymegirl :(
