So I have officially submitted my first query to an agent. Wow, it's scarier than I imagined. It's also very exciting as it feels like a very significant landmark in the journey. I plan to submit more here soon , but need to hand cater my query letter to individual agents. I had the one ready, so sent it off.

It will soon become an addiction! You'll tell yourself just one more, and pretty soon its five more, then ten. Before you know it you'll have fifty queries out there!

I agree. I have more queries/proposals out there than I know what to do with, and sending each of them out is a rush.

Finding an empty mailbox everyday, isn't.

Ahaha, thank you. Yes, I do believe drinks are in order. It might allow me to sleep through the night instead of checking my email every five minutes! *lol*
