Our very own, LittleRedBarn, Kimmi!

Kimmi's on book tour for her incredible story, The Unbreakable Child, and stopped to take in some well-deserved R&R and mountain air nearby.

I was invited to come up for lunch and met another terrific lady (and writer.) Kimmi's as squeezable as you would expect. Pictures to follow (when she gets them to me.)

Lol! I forgot to ask! I thought about it on the way up the hill, but once we got to gabbing, it slipped my mind.

She's beauuuutiful. And her husband made pralines!! And I got to take some home! And I'm training for a half-marathon, so he's a dirty, rotten, bastard, and an excellent praline-maker.

It was great meeting Jamie. She is a very beautiful and intelligent lady and oh yeah, she has this awesome sense of humor. We ate authentic creole food, creamy pralines n' Jamie had a little KY honey bourbon. Beautiful weather--beautiful visit.

Ray you are close for a visit anytime, no need to wait for a tour. : )
