I'll name a player I want to trade. You tell me who you'll give me for him/her. The next person will say who they'll trade for that person, etc.

I figure this thread will peter out in about three posts. :D

Anyhow, me first. I'll trade you Allen Iverson. Who do I get back?

Very cool idea for a thread. :)

Before I answer, though, must the person being traded belong to the same sport? For example, can I trade you Mike Tyson for Iverson?

In that case, I'll give you Tyson, and you can keep Iverson. Heck of a deal, eh? :D

Okay, who's willing to pony up for Vinny Lecavalier? It's not that I wish to see him leave Tampa, but it would be in his best interest to play for a better team. And it's likely, due to financial restraints, that he'll be traded anyway.

Word to the wise: When Hollywood producers purchase a hockey club, chances are fans will be in for a horror show. And Tampa is no exception, with their version of Saw on Ice.

I'll give you Seattle Slew for Lecavalier and trade him to Cleveland for Lebron.

Good luck getting anything for Seattle Slew. :D

Tough call. I don't know much about him other than he's a kid and a good scorer. Upside is a ton of potential, but downside is not much history. Can he be consistently good his whole career? What about his defense?

I don't trade Datsyuk for him. Not Zetterberg either--at least not this year. I dunno. Hossa? he's older, but a hell of a scorer.

If the Ducks close it out tonight, you're gonna see a lot of him. He's a two-way player, all the way. And between him, his linemates, and Scott Niedermayer, I'm looking for a serious battle with the Wings.

I'll watch with interest. It's always fun to see a new young stud come along.

I'll take Seattle Slew! Okay, who wants Dennis Rodman. I heard he's out of rehab.

Anyone?

Shortstop, Mud Hens - good arm, can't hit a curve. That him?

Hmmm. Rodman? Yeah, I'll give you Flavor Flav.

Now who wants Vida Blue?
