Getting my daily dose of AW before I head out to lay in the sun.

Finishing lunch at my desk (hot veg. pastie; nice on a winter day), writing memos (not really an AW standard!) and looking forward to tonight's guitar lesson.

I'm snuffling and sneezing and considering grabbing a knitting needle to shove down my ear--I forgot to take my Claritin last night and now I'm suffering. I'm so pitiful. :Smack:

I feel your pain. Allergy season! My nose and ears are all blocked up. That knitting needle idea sounds good about now.

It's still too early for the boy/girl thing, but I got a cut little pic of my 14-15mm baby and a little pic with the heartbeat recorded on it. 160 b/m - strong and healthy!

Freaking out---we are in the process of buying a house, and since we rent form a private party, we need to have copies of the rent checks, so I call my bank, they can fax them--cool. But, for some reason the land lord has not cashed this month's rent check--so I call them - -- -

The land lord's phone is disconnected. Now explain that? Gee, we have a PO box to pay rent to, but they haven't cashed the rent check, and now, no way to phone them--so no way other than mail to contact them. Gee, wonder how we would get ahold of them if say the house burned down?

Anyone hear twighlight zone music?

Just Resting My Eyes....

Taking a break from transcription. Gotta pay for that cable connection so I can hang out with ya'll in the AW Cooler.....

just finished my 40 minute commute, about to have dinner, and then i'm going to a 90 year-old's birthday party.

Just finished dinner and cruising the boards and now it's time to settle down and do some serious writing.

Trying to write Happy Birthday sentiments. How many different ways can you say Happy Birthday? HAPPY birthday to you. Happy BIRTHDAY to you.

I am debating whether or not I should delete the telephone number of my ex.

Or am I?

I wonder.

If I put this up on the board, than that somehow makes that thought true. Or at least, more so than the other five hundred thunderbolts that are hitting me right now.

Well, lets not get into that. I'll just put this up and get back trying to motivate myself to write chapter two.

screaming --really. There are days when there is nothing better in the world than primal screaming--then I may go out and murder a loan officer and a realtor--one or the other or both.

Oh, Shawn, I feel for ya. I know the 'house' thing really, really, really gets to be a big fat pain in the A**. Makes you want to crawl in a hole and pull the dirt back over ya. Hang in there - it does get better...(sort of)

And at this moment I am trying to psyche myself up to get back to work...Ick, Ick, Ick...but Mommy, I don't want to......

I think I'll join you in the screaming....don't dial 911 - it's just the neighbor (again)
