Tremendous Award for HEROES DIE YOUNG!

Just got done with the Champagne Books awards ceremonies, and came out with my own special award. Heroes Die Young picked up Best-Selling Novel of 2008!

I was rather surprised that I'd pick up the award, what with the book only coming out in September. There were several other authors in the running who had many more books behind them, and what I would consider far larger fan bases.

So, thanks again to everyone who made this possible!

Unfortunately, the ceremony ran late last night, so I'll have to make sure and do my celebrating this evening (I hope).

Apparently a lot of folks thought it sounded like a great story.
Hopefully it will continue to have success...considering it hit this milestone in the last three months of 2008, I can always dream...
