I'm not the spender type. Don't get me wrong. My wife and kid are well attended, thank you. But I have this tendency to put myself on the bottom of the priority list. Yesterday I've decided to get myself a present. It's wasn't my birthday or anything and there was no reason in particular other than I had to get ink cartridges for the printer and ended up in the DVD aisle on my way to the cashier. And there it was. The full DVD collection of the TV series "Dead Like Me". I had a ball today going over some of the juicy episodes. Did I progress my WIP? Not a single word. But I got it off my mind long enough to be diving into it tomorrow morning.

Glad you took the time.
As one who doesn't even make it on her own priority list half the time, doing something for yourself - being successful and gads! even enjoying it can change the tone of the whole day.

Wonderfalls is also quite great, if you get a chance to check it out.

> Nice. Both seasons?

All of it, including the movie, which was not that great. Somehow I kept focused on Ellen Mutt's thick lips.

Anyway, it's a great source of inspiration for anything 1st person edgy YA.

I'm wondering how this got out of the TV/Films forum.
