Poll forthcoming.

I never edit any of my posts for grammar and the like before posting. How many of you are the same way?

Any of you want to take a one month challenge to not post anything unless you edit it first?

I would if I knew anything about grammar. I'm lucky to get verbs and nouns straight.

Also, sentence fragments. My posts overflow with 'em. Call it 'style'.

I usually edit everything I write. It's all a reflection of who I are is a righter.

I write my posts into Notepad and then copy them into the AW window. Makes it less suspicious at work that I'm not, you know, working. Notepad doesn't have a spell checker or grammar checker, but I read over every post before I put it up. And I hate re-reading my posts and finding a mistake. It makes me itch until I edit it. I just hope it doesn't get quoted before I have a chance to change it. Who'm I kidding? No one quotes me.

Now see, I thought that was you being clever: misspelling a word in "I don't edit" choice to reflect that such people don't edit...
Does the fact it was unintentional make it less ironic? Or more?

Oh come on. You and I both know I'm not that clever.

What Caro said, minus the bit about Notepad. I HATE finding mistakes. I even edit my instant messages.

If I have bad grammar or punctuation, it's usually on purpose.

I write posts the way I normally write. I always try to reread what I've written to make sure I'm saying what I intend to say. It's too easy to be misinterpreted, so I try to make sure my words are correct.
